Project Redirection- Redirection is a Career Development program that takes participants through Holistic self-realization and process that would enable them to be sustainable and successful as they are giving tools to sustain employment and 21st-century life skills. 

Women of Tomorrow -- Using the six pillars of Character:

Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness - Caring & Citizenship, we are teaching our young women about self-awareness and community involvement to give them a sense of pride and meaning in their lives that they will remember & use for the building up of individuals, their family‚Äôs and ultimately our community. 

Think Tank - Using Jean Rhodes(2002) mentoring model young African American men will build and establish mentoring relationships that involve Mutual trust and empathy. It is our goal to enhance social and emotional development, cognitive development,  identity development with and thru our peer relationships will lead to positive outcomes and emotional wellbeing. Participants will be partnered with a network of successful African Americans in their fields of work. 
Food Shelf for Families-- Our food shelf has been extremely active in providing food and other household items for those in need within the community. In this service, we have come to realize that our presence in the lives of people is just as powerful as the supplies that we bring them.

Housing 101 --  Individuals will participate in courses that would involve renter/owner responsibility, Budget basics, basic home maintenance skills, and property research.
