Do you have things to share with the community? At our Juneteenth Celebration, we love to have different organizations come to share their passions with the community!

Exhibitors are able to register at no cost, but may not have anything for sale - sharing of information only.

(If you plan to have things for sale, you must register as a Merchant.)

Exhibitors must arrive at LEAST an hour before the event.

Exhibitors MUST bring their OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS.

We are currently looking for a handful of food trucks to occupy our event as vendors. We are looking for a variety of different vendors and ask that potential vendor:

Have or will obtain a Mobile Food Unit License in the city of St. Cloud

Arrive at the event at 11a for set up and attend the event from 12pm to 7pm or while supplies lasts

The St. Cloud Juneteenth Celebration will be held on Thursday June 19th at Lake George or Eastman Park. As mentioned previously, it is expected for Food Vendors to be there by 11am for set up. This event is expected to have at up to 1,500 attendees and we ask that vendors be fully prepared.

Got some Grill Skill? Come and join the St. Cloud Area 4th Annual Grill Off Competition at the Juneteenth Celebration 2025!

We want to assure that we have truly assembled the best grillers in the area. It doesn't matter to us whether you are an award-winning chef or just a local favorite, everyone has the opportunity to take home the belt!

Registration fee to participate in this event is $20.

The committee will choose the top 8 candidates and invite them to be part of the Grill Off.

Please note: this competition is not for public consumption. All meals prepared will be for our judges only.

Each contestant will have an opportunity to prepare two meats pre-selected and your choice of side dishes, if wanted to accompany each type of meat selection.

All meat cuts items will be purchased by committee and given to each participant 2 days prior to the event.

HOOP IT UP!

Ready to get your game on? Gather your team, and get ready to play some ball!

The Juneteenth Basketball Tournament will be held right across from the City Hall. This is a 3v3 tournament with up to 4 players per team. It will be for ages 10-18 years old. Teams will regulate their own substitutions. Games will require good sportsmanship conduct. Scrimmage pennies will be provided.
