Executive Administrator & Office Manager

Natoyia M. Albert's is the co-founder and Executive Administrator of Higher Works Collaborative, whose focus and mission is to holistically advance the lives and lifestyles of the African American community by empowering individuals to reach their potential.


She serves and has served this community several years through many mediums; from feeding the homeless to career development; from social services to mental health services. She is a community leader and activist, an educator, and a lifelong learner in personal growth. Together with her husband, she is the mother of 10 children and four (more coming) grandchildren.
